Important Subscription, Pricing and Offer Details
Subscription Plans: We offer annual and monthly subscription plans depending on what you select in the payments page at the time you purchase the Services.
Automatic Renewal: Premium Services automatically renew unless cancelled using the default payment method on file upon its anniversary.
Annual subscriptions will receive an email notice approximately 30 days before being due to be charged.
Should you wish to opt out of the automatic renewal, you can do so by managing your billing preferences within your account, or by contacting us.
Renewal Prices: Initial subscription terms may include an introductory discount, upon renewal these will be charged at the regular rate which are subject to change.

Product set-up: You must download and install the protection/service which you have purchased on each device to benefit from your subscription.
Cancellation & Refund: You can cancel your subscription at any time and will be eligible for a full refund within the initial 30 days for annual subscriptions and 14 days for monthly subscriptions.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription and terminate the service outside of the initial cooling off period, you will be eligible to receive a pro-rata refund on any unused time.
You can cancel your subscription either by managing your billing preferences within your account or by contacting us.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be processed and received in your account.
